I think they should try and keep the team intact, and they will if they win it all this year. If not, I'd try and dump Zinger (Mainly because of health) and sign Luke long term at like 10 million a year...

KP is arguably the second best player on the Celtics. Certainly has been over the last month or two. He?s injury prone, but if they can load manage him until the postseason I would 100% rather have KP on the C?s over Jrue. Lose Jrue and you still have depth with White and Pritchard at PG. Brown and Hauser can both play the 2/3. Lose KP and you are left with a soon to be 39 year old Horford and Kornet. That would be terrible.

I also feel like Porzingis loves it here, enjoys the fans and would be more willing to take a reasonable deal to stay (nothing too massive). Yes, we should still draft or add another development PF/C but a Porzingis/Kornet/Queta/Draft frontcourt can still be pretty good in combination with the Jays + White

this would pretty much apply to anyone who puts on the C's uniform other than Marc Blount and Kyrie Irving -- which says a lot

I'd add Todd Day to that list.

What about a deal with the devil next season?

If the Lakers could do a salary dump this offseason, Jrue Holiday for Austin Reaves makes sense for both teams.

Reaves contract is much cheaper (13.9 million) compared to Holiday (32.4 million). Reaves would be a great playmaking option for the Celtics, is great at getting to the free throw line and makes threes at a high clip. The only negative would be Reaves being a much worse defender compared to Holiday.

The Lakers get an elite defensive guard who is perfect next to Doncic.

Doubt the Lakers would make that move. Reaves is 26 years old and having his best season as a pro. Over the last 10 games he?s averaging 27pts, 6ast, 5rebs on 53/36/96 shooting splits. Luka and Reaves are the future for LA.
