My Favourites

LAL = LeBron
GSW = Jimmy Butler
BOS = Jaylen Brown

2nd Options on other Teams

CLE = E Mobley or D Garland
NYK = Towns
MIL = Lillard
IND = Siakam
MIA = T Herro
ORL = F Wagner
DET = J Duren or J Ivey or M Beasley
ATL = Jalen Johnson
PHI = Tyrese Maxey
TOR = B Ingram

Detroit stands out as not having a real #2. The only East playoff team without one. They have a #1 in Cade and then strong depth around him. No real star help for Cade though. That is an area where they could improve considerably if they could land one. Take a 40-45 win team to a 50-55 win team.

OKC = Jalen Williams
DEN = Jamal Murray
DAL = Kyrie Irving (AD #1 player)
PHX = D Booker
SAS = D Fox

MEM = Jaren Jackson Jr
MIN = Gobert

HOU = Jalen Green
LAC = Kawhi Leonard
SAC = Z LaVine
NOP = Dejounte Murray or CJ McCollum or T Murphy III

Jamal Murray is one heck of a 2nd option when he is on. I am not sure whether I would put him up with the other top guys or just below because I do not fully trust him.

Devin Booker, De'Aaron Fox, J-Dub, and Kyrie stand out as talented 2nd options.

Kawhi still has a lot to prove in terms of what level he can now perform at after all the injuries. I do not think he is in the mix. Jalen Green stands out as the weakest #2 option among those West playoff teams. Sacramento as a borderline playoff team has a weak #2 as well.

I'd say Lebron is still the Lakers #1 at least for this season.  I'd rather have Lebron than Luka for the playoffs at least for this season.
But going along with your question I'd put Lebron in a tier by himself as a #2.

It depends on whether LeBron is capable of playing defense for a full playoff run.  He's recently been rejuvenated, but in past seasons recently his defense has stunk when it counted.
