At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

I was just reading up about "The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face".  I had no idea it was a folk song that was around for quite a while before she recorded it.  Amazing that a song that is pretty much 99% just her powerful voice and some light background piano made it to the top of the charts.  You wouldn?t see that today.

RIP and thanks for the music.

Killing me softly was huge when I was in high school. Almost a constant on the car radio on the handful of local top 40 stations.  It wasn?t so much a guy song but I liked it - great easy listen voice.  She had an amazing career - very deserving hall of famer.

Her rendition of Killing Me Softly is haunting. Lori Leiberman, who no one ever heard of, wrote and first performed that song. Roberta Flack was a great one, back when just being an awesome singer was enough. Now you have to be a brand or whatever.
