I take a lot of satisfaction from the fact that the Knicks built that roster specifically to counter Tatum and he's sitting on a 40-piece midway through the fourth quarter, lol.

So is the existence of dominant games like tonight against elite teams - even with injuries - just proof that most of our issues are effort/focus/hangover related?

I certainly don't think we're quite as dominant as last year, but it does feel like most of our lackluster losses are primarily due to a lack of focus and effort due to the hangover effect from the championship. Probably the most likely rationale, though it doesn't make it any less frustrating.

I guess we'll see for sure post-ASB.
