The Celtics are still 2nd in the East (and 3rd in the NBA), so definitely not time to panic but going 10-9 over the last 19 games is not good over a not-insignificant amount of time. So is it time to tweak?

Are there any changes that would make a difference without tearing apart the reigning championship squad. Given how well the C's were playing with Horford in the starting lineup, would KP consider coming off the bench and testing the chemistry that way?

KP off the bench...They've been going to him in the paint to start the games lately and it freezes out the other guys. He's a great boost coming off the bench.

I would have KP off the bench, and switch the rotations so that Jaylen plays the entire 1st and 3rd, while Tatum plays the entire 2nd and 4ths most nights (depending on blowouts or fatigue factor).

But also, I don't think it would hurt to maybe deploy Springer a bit more off the bench. The guy is a menace on defense and sometimes this team needs it. It's not like Jrue and Horford are scoring a ton anyways. Not saying play Springer 20 minutes every night but I think he can definitely contribute maybe 5-10 minutes? Or situationally.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

4 straight wins. They're probably fine.

The only change that needs to happen is with us...so we don't panic after each loss  :police:

Will probably never happen though...that's why they call us fanatics

I am as worried as I was last year. Zip!

The only question is who do we dismantle in the finals this year?

Hopefully Dallas beats OKC and then we face either Dallas or Memphis lol

I?m still worried about Cleveland and OKC but we can worry about it in May and potentially June
