My guess is Wyc Grousbeck is not inclined to make a major trade (or any major move really) while he is trying to sell the team. A recent championship with this roster/coach and another one possibly on the way is his biggest selling point. A major move would cast doubt.

Unfortunately what I've seen online is that the bids haven't been that great because of the impending 500M bill in 2025-2026, which is why they probably could be forced to trade 1 of KP/Jrue/Jaylen/White so that the payroll goes down and it becomes more appealing to bidders. Part of it is also because the C's don't own TD Garden either, it's the Jacobs' family (Bruins owner) so they probably don't make as much revenue as well from that.

Hoping that's very wrong though.

White, Holiday & Al have been bad this season unlike last season

JB, too.  His eFG% is a career low, his TS% is his lowest since his rookie season, and his turnover percentage is the highest it has been in several years.

You know, I've actually been okay with Brown this season. I wish the shot was going in more, but despite that the C's offense has still be elite when he's on the floor. And his passing has taken a massive leap this year, he's averaging almost 5 assist per game and when you try to play make more your turnovers will go up slightly.

If you can the passing of this year and the shooting even of last year that's an elite player. My main worry with him is the three pointer looks broken. It might need an offseason to fix, which bodes poorly for this year.

I don't know what to make of the C's this year in general. Every player seems to be struggling shooting, even Tatum is in a bit of a slump. My gut says they'll break out, maybe in a big way. But if they don't it could be a short playoff run.

I know these guys are suppose to be ?pros? but could the sale if the team be affecting their play/coaching?
