Joe needs to show more cool.  Going after a ref after the game isn't good for anybody.

I like to see that aggression from Joe at the end of the game. The refs clearly got in their own feelings and turned the tide of the game there.

Grown men who think the game is about them.

Van dyke is another bad ref. Welcome to the NBA. It's all about the refs!

Giving up 35 points in the 4th quarter is putrid. Bulls got so many second chance points and every loose ball

Eh, I like it. This team needs more fire like that.

I'm fine with losses due to shot variance.  Much harder to stomach losses when we're just sluggish and disorganized.  Chicago brought the appropriate intensity in the second half and we did not.

Joe was right! They let the Bulls foul all night and call us tight. We were at home and got the poop whistle all night!

No problem with it at all...esp when the crew is led by the WORST official in the league.

Pritchard had 14 of the 16 bench points.  Celtics need someone else that can score, especially with Sam missing time.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Tonight was example A why the Cs need another capable wing off the bench. If Sam is out they have no one worth a crap to plug in. Springer was terrible. He was lost on defense and provides as much scoring as I do.

And, when other refs start coming after the Celts because of their reputation, we'll see if it was worth it.

The calls they got T'd up on were correct.

Just tuning back in, losing to a bad team.
So I checked the team stats and sure enough, 14/56 from 3. That is ridiculous.
This is why I still have a problem with Joe's offensive philosophy.
Why is he so stubborn about using a different scheme on cold shooting nights, or even for good shooting nights ?
Is he just determined to prove he is right, even if it costs us games we have no business losing ?
The Four Celtic Generals:
Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:
Cousy - Havlicek - McHale - Pierce

Don't think the techs were needed at all. Good refs allow star players to complain. Two techs were way to fast by a refs who inserted himself twice into the game.

Refs didn't cost them the game but it didn't help. They lost the game at the start of the 4th with a terrible line up and horrendous offense with no rebounding.

Maybe JT's foul, but that was clearly JB's jumpball. He had his hands in there - both of them no less - first. That's clearly visible on the replay.

And that's not even considering that the initial T on Joe seemed overly aggressive and quick, and then typical Brothers let the emotions of the game affect him. That's been his MO his entire career.
