absolutely, and he was getting the playing time, not getting pulled

Very good win.  Milwaukee brought us a battle, Lillard shot 18 free throws and earned maybe half of them, but we stuck with it and ran away in the third quarter.

Monstrous second half from Jaylen.  Quietly excellent game from Jrue.  Loudly excellent game from PP.

Bucks bigs are tired.   Lopez was attacking JT earlier in the game, but now he is gassed, and settling for tough floaters.

Yeah, Lopez was exhausted from scoring and rebounding all over our heads in the 1st half.
I suppose that is one strategy for defending him later on  8).

These are so ridiculous calls. Lillard caused all that contact. What is that, four dang three point foul calls for Lillard? Brothers is absolutely the worst.

He created a lot of contact. 18 free throws for Dame and 19 for the Celtics as a team...  When will Tatum and or Brown ever get that star whistle?

I was saying we should have gone to a 2nd big earlier in the game too.  But maybe the extended time of running after our faster lineup tires Lopez out?   Or maybe he is just old...

Man this team is fun to watch, and I think we have a great coach in Joe.

Tony Brothers (and crew) was something else.  He was going through a moral dilemma out there:  screw the Celtics, or screw Doc Rivers.

Great game, other than Pritchard?s numerous 3s the loudest cheer for the night may have been when Walsh skied in for that put back  ;D

Hadn?t been to a game for 7 years but the Knicks game and this one were absolutely worth the wait. Makes up for some of the bloody awful losses I?ve seen in the past!

Now for the long flight(s) home  :-\

Pritchard is such a good bench player lol. I am so glad we got him on his current salary. 6.6 to 8 million a year until 27/28 is wild value. Given the contracts of our starters, he is pretty essential.

So is Hauser's contract, we have him through 28/29 along with the Js and D White.

Pritchard was great, it is so entertaining to watch him do his thing.  And the end of quarter shots!  He made another one!  Everyone knew he was going to dribble up and jack up a shot.  And he still made it.  So fun to watch.

I guess his contract is a bargain.  Hard to know these days.  When the team is healthy, he is the 7th or 8th guy (Horford 6, Hauser 7?).  These new rules and penalties make it hard pay bench players.  You have to give the top 2-3 players max deals and then there is not that much money left for the bench.
