MVP: Luka Doncic. Mavs are pretty much a lock to be a top 4 team out west and Luka will be hungrier and more motivated than ever to get back to the finals. Also, pretty sure people are sick of Jokic winning all the time lol.
ROTY: Bub Carrington. The hardest one to predict. It comes down to minutes played, and i think Bub will play a ton of them on a talent depleted Wizards roster. I see the 6'6 combo guard racking up a ton of assists, points, and rebounds.
DPOY: Victor Wembanyama. A lot of this award comes down to hype and aesthetic. Wemby is already the most fun player in the league to watch on defense. The Spurs might not be very good, but even if they are halfway decent i can see Wemby winning this in his second year and averaging something insane like 4.5 blocks a game.
MIP: Andrew Nembhard. Given how great he looked in the playoffs and the olympics, its easy to forget he averaged only 9 PPG last year. I can easily see him doubling that and being a key reason why the Pacers finish top 5 in the east.
6MOY: Naz Reid. I dont see much competition for Reid. I think he'll be the first guy to win back to back since Jamal Crawford did it in 18 and 19.
COTY: Jamahl Mosley. The Magic have arrived and i can easily see them finishing top 6 in the east with one of the best defenses in the NBA.
I'm not going to give the "cluch player" and "hustle player" of the year awards any credibility by predicting those. The NBA needs to stop trying to make those a thing.
