What title memorabilia are you getting if any?

Just curious what some folks are getting, I?m not sure what I want.

I?m not really interested in overpriced hats and shirts that will be tacky to wear in a year.

I was thinking of maybe like a mini Larry O?Brien trophy and getting it signed by some of the players over time.

Or getting this attached picture blown up and trying to get sigs on it.

I'm getting a T-shirt, another for my daughter, a championship pennant for my daughter, and maybe the Funko championship set for my son (I hate that it doesn't have KP).

I?ve been needing a new Celtics t shirt for awhile, so I?ll probably get one of those.

But I need another Celtics item for my office decorations, so will probably find a nice framed print or something.

I got a locker room T shirt for my son and I. He was 7 in 2008 when I got the t shirts. We still have them and they are still in pretty good shape. I?m also getting the hat, 2 Walton T shirts and a garden banner that says 2024 champions.

But I don?t spend my money on that kinda stuff. They get my love and attention, they can make money of the ads I have to watch to watch them. I sorta hate being a part of the obscene amount of money professional sports produces so I don?t buy gear or memorabilia.

I?ve gone to four Celtics games, 3 I paid for. 1) 1998 a customer gave my not yet wife their season tickets to a Celtics at Pistons game as a gift when we lived in Ann Arbor 2) 2008 bought tix w a buddy for a game at the garden bc we knew something special was happening that year 3) 2018 for my sons 10th birthday in Boston. Stayed the nite at a friends and watched the Patriots lose to the Eagles in the SuperBowl and 4) 2024 again with my son early this season in Toronto bc again I felt like I was supporting a team that was headed towards a championship.

That?s the extent of my money the Celtics get. I think they?re doing pretty well with out my coin.

I just preordered the funko set on their website. You get $10 off if you sign up for their newsletter so I got it for $90 shipped. And yes, too bad KP isn?t in there. I remember KP had a funko release when he was still with the Mavs. I hope they can somehow add him (or make one even as a solo funko) as he was a huge part of this run for sure.

Sports Illustrated has a digital version of their 2024 Celtics championship issue. So lame. Why not make a print issue too?

I went with one of the shirts, I like the one they were wearing on the floor after the win but it doesn't have the names of all the players on the back so I went with a different one.

The hats are really cool too, my brother bought one but I just can't see myself actually wearing one so I decided against that. I almost went with a shirt for my nephew, but his parents don't watch basketball and he's just growing so fast that I'm not sure he'd wear it more than once
