The list of media hacks that never even gave the Celtics a chance this season is long and robust. They can all suck it now.

Mike Wilbon seems to have an axe to grind with the Celtics. He immediately started the narrative that the Celtics have no staying power.

Really? Returning everyone from a championship team that knows how to win it now.

Did he really say that?

Pretty much.

yeah he started going on about how this is a one time thing and how the celtics played injured teams.

yet somehow expects Dallas to be back....their run was more of a fluke than Boston's

The guy I am the most happiest for is Al Horford. He absolutely deserved it.

And I'm so glad he's not gonna be on those lists anymore where it's like "most playoff games played without winning a title", etc.  ;D

Jaylen got the most roars inside TD Garden yesterday but Horford was easily like the 2nd loudest. Everyone wanted to "win it for Al". You can tell he was emotional too (idk if the TV showed it but at times when he checked out he was smiling so much and also emotional)

wilbon is a hack and a laughing stock. screw that jackass.

the mavs got lucky. the mavs will NOT be back in the finals next year you can write this down now.

This young C's team is just entering their primes and have already been to 5 ECF and now 2 FINALS with a WORLD TITLE # 18.

and we are just getting started. we will be back. we will win more. the NBA has been put on notice. now there are lots of factors and no guarantees. there are possible injuries and money issues.

but if we can keep this core intact and maybe add a piece here or there and get some luck next year maybe we can repeat. a bulls type 3 peat would be great. but now we have to repeat first.
it is hard as heck to even get to the ECF much less finals much less win finals.
LET'S GO CELTICS!

TP.

I've been to regular season and playoff games before. First Finals game, and man that was easily the loudest sporting event I've been to. Even 30 mins before tipoff the crowd was HYPED. Deafening.

Guys around us were screaming like maniacs. But we also made a lot of friends around us and added each other on social media too LOL.

KP will have surgery and will be out for the next few months. So no Olympics obviously.

Mike Wilbon is a joke and so are all the clowns in BSPN

Was Pierce at the game last night?  I don't recall seeing any shots of him.

Stephen A. Smith downplaying the amount of criticism Tatum has received saying he hasn't really been criticized very much along the way.

The spin these guys used is awful. Also added the Lakers are the better franchise...

I watched him in First Take and he said he couldn?t go to the game because he had a death in his family.
