Tidewater Landing in Pawtucket RI

I live in Pawtucket up the street from where they are building the Tidewater Landing sports venue. I've read that it's opening in 2025 but beyond that, I can't find much info. Does anyone have anything to share about the project?

I have no idea what this is but I still mourn the loss of the Pawsox and McCoy Stadium, old though it was.  I hope you get something good down there.

Yeah, the city cheaped out on the Pawsox. I hope it's something good too.
