Great effort, great win.  Shot for sh*t and had a relatively comfortable win in the second half anyway. 

Have to imagine some of these threes will fall at some point.  Dallas defended okay, but many of them are open anyway. 

Tatum orchestrated the offense phenomenally even though he couldn't throw it in the ocean.  Jrue knows exactly where to be, excellent game and won the game for us with his cutting and finishing.  JB continues to do his thing, turnovers aside. 

Hope KP is good to go on Wednesday.

ABC wants us to know how lucky we are so we aren't angry when the league tries to shaft us the next couple games

Tell me thoughts about KP being hurt. I didn?t see it and I watch on mute.  I run a lot of delay and fast forward so I miss nuances - did he look badly hurt?

He had Big Al up waiting, when no dead ball moment happened he called a time out. Sure in hindsight we would've liked for him to call a time out right away, but in practicality not really an issue.

He had KP play at least an extra position both offensively and defensively when he was clearly hurt.  Why?

It isn't hindsight.  It's recognizing a problem in the moment.  We already saw the same thing play out in the first round, with Joe's slowness to react leading to increased severity of the calf injury.

This is about as good as it can possibly get for the Mavs.  Luka had a great game, they won the rebounds by  +12, thge Jays both had quiet games and the Celtics as a team shot 25% from three.  And KP wasn't even looking superhuman tonight - hell he didn't even play the last 3 or 4 minutes.

And we still won this game convincingly.  Not a blowout by any means, but the Celtics clearly had control of the game for the entire second half. 

The Celtics are now 4-0 agaisnt the Mavs this season with an average win margin of something like 15 PPG.

I don't see anything positive that the Mavs can take from this game.  If I'm the Mavs right now my confidence is down the toilet.  I'm thiking if we can't beat them on a night like this...we can't beat them period.

Great win but KP injured. I am worried about that.

To me it looked like a slight roll of his left foot on that play down low where he tweaked it not his right leg which was the calf injury iirc. Hopefully that's the case and he didn't reaggravate the calf injury
