Interviews don't mean much but I do like JB's demeanor on the mic after the game.  Guy looks unsatisfied despite the win.

Bottle that up.  I want that mindset even if we win by 30.  There are things to adjust and improve even in wins, and the only celebration that matters is the final one.

Hopefully KP can be effective upon return and not just stand at the 3 point line

Hard for Indiana to play any better than this.

This might have been their best shot to win a game in this series.

Joe needs to find ways to free up JT. Neismith is gonna hound him all series long.

Honestly I thought JT had his shots all night long.  He can't find his jumper right now but I didn't think Indy's defense had much to do with it.

They will have to figure it out in the frontcourt. Kornet awful. Horford old. Either try Queta for a few minutes or go to Brisett, or play really small. We won’t get lucky all the time
If he's not going to try X, I would try going small - at least for a few minutes. Problem is these guys crash the offensive boards so playing small isn't ideal.

I’m just happy the team capitalized after a big JB Shot. I feel like we have blown many games where he has had big moments in the past.

Series changing win.  No one expected Indy to win game 1.  They carried their crazy shooting over from game 7.  I expect a big celtics win in game 2.  Bring on the ESPN haters.  Even though the Cs won they will talk about how they barely won.

Which is hilarious, because out of the other side of their mouth they're also saying that this will be a tough series for us AND we're not battle tested. It's comically ignorant stuff.

There will be a game where they shoot under 30% from 3 and we win by 30. They're probably due for it soon.

They were shooting over 50% from 3 at the half and finished at 37%. I agree that they played really well, but they also cooled off a bit from 3 in the 2nd half, even if it didn't seem like it.

The more I think about it, the more I'm happy this game went this way rather than a blow out. We've needed a loss in the first two series to really clamp down on defense and focus. Hopefully this close win will serve that purpose now.

I think the indication is that Joe is never going to play X, not that he didn't play him this game. Kornet had a sub-par games 2-5 in the CLE series and X never saw the floor. This series seems meant for him, though, with the switches and being able to get physical
