Porzingis taking and knocking down some of these 3s that Horford or Hauser were jacking up will be huge.

His stroke or touch looks nice.

But , I wish he had another 8 weeks to rehab the leg.

I guess , it’s gonna have to do ….

Looking good but like see him running

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Or some post ups where he makes a quick move. I don’t feel that great after seeing that, TBH. Horford should 100% be the starter. Doesn’t sound like KP is even practicing with the team and the first game is in less than a week.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Why would he be moving at full speed or doing that quick work a week before the game? Once he starts moving at full speed the risk of retearing it becomes real. This is wha thet extra rest everybody has been clamoring for looks like.
I'm bitter.

Exactly what I was getting at , not wanting to be negative Nancy, but, that thick tight looking wrap isn’t going to allow NBA kind of movement .  His whole leg looks like a mummy .  Not envisioning much running with that rig , if any .

Isn't that just a sleeve that lots of players wear?

Don’t you have to be able to practice at full speed, before you can play in a game at full speed? I mean, at some point you have to test it out.. Less than a week away and it doesn’t sound like he is doing much. I was hoping he’d be practicing some with the team by now. Guess we will find out where he is at soon enough.

You don't need a week of it. An extra few days if healing is worth more than going at full speed a couple of days early.

If you test it and it isn't ready, you just set yourself back weeks. And for what, to have a video that makes some fans feel better a week before the Finals start?
I'm bitter.

I guess my concern is that judging by the videos and comments by Joe, it doesn’t seem like KP can go full speed at this time. Of course there is a chance of re-injury by testing it out, but at some point in the next 5 days he’s going to have to give it a go, right?
