Clippers would feast this team alive.

Last time they didn't have Kawhi so that was why we smoked them.

Well we didn’t have KP does that mean we can put an asterisk against this game too

But yeah, January loss record is very concerning for this talented team. Lost too many games there. Think they're going through some slump, esp L's coming against good teams. Makes me wonder if they can win Banner 18 comfortably or challenge for it at all. And our $300M guy only scored 8 points tonight...the sooner he gets shipped out the better.

Why was it we were unable to keep Daniel Theis ?
He might be a good fit for our need for a 3d center.
He is steady, plays hard and can hit 3's. His salary is at $1.7M.

Beg to differ. We might, in fact, improve if we trade Jaylen Brown for the right package.

He would be worth at least one high-level starter in addition to a couple of quality rotation guys to improve our depth and size.
Plus, we might just benefit from addition by subtraction. He and Tatum still somewhat take turns doing the same thing and I think maybe get in each other's way much more than they compliment each other. Think of how well Larry Bird and Cedric Maxwell complimented each other's game when Bird joined the Celts in 1980. Initially, they were the two stars of the franchise, given Max was the leading scorer and rebounder prior to Bird's arrival. Their second season, with other additions, Bird becomes the superstar and Max his perfect partner, winning the finals MVP in 1981 on the way to the title. The big difference was that Bird & Max played very different styles that fit together insteading of colliding the way Tatum and Brown do sometimes.

Against teams that are .650 or above (Bucks, Sixers, Nuggets, Wolves, Clippers, and Thunder), Boston is now 5-6.

One of those losses was to the Bucks the night after a hard-fought OT win over Minny, so that one's understandable, but the last two—losses to Denver and the Clips—were pretty hideous.

The only time anybody wants to talk about the C’s is when they lose lol people think they’re paper tigers but yet they compare their team to how they play against them. C’s shot like crap today and the Clippers smelled blood. Let’s see how they respond the next two games.

Yeah, not seeing it.
Brown has gotten better every year he’s been in the league and just not seeing a package for him that would make us better. He’s playing his role and a perfect fit. Did he have a stinker of a game? Of course. The bigger problem in my eyes is actually Tatum, he’s the face of the team, the all star starter, the supposed mvp candidate, I think he’s about as soft as they come and if he still can’t fit or make it work with brown I see that being as much his fault.
