Idk if I've told people here this, but a few months ago when at Miami for a conference, we literally overheard a guy say he hasn't been following the Heat much this season due to the Dolphins season but that "hopefully with Lebron we can make another deep run this spring". It's 2024 and there are folks down there who still think Lebron is on that team (and hey, maybe Wade/Bosh too)  :P

It definitely wasn't a troll/joke statement either, it was seriously said and his buddy even agreed with him which made us even more perplexed

Our other two potential All-Stars making one final high profile push for that selection. Brown with 8 and KP with 6 already, though JB has to settle down with these forced passes.
