Terrific quarter with 1/2 of the top 6 out.

now, the question is how the team does without brown on the floor. i think pritchard and hauser will have to shoot well. brisset and queta will have to play GREAT defense.

JB going nuclear.
his back seems like it is ok

Eh, it feels like it was more of a rest thing with him sitting out last night. I think the same thing is true of KP and Tatum tonight, or at least more just managing the ankle and calf to avoid an injury reoccurring.
That’s basically what Joe said in the pre-game comments. He intimated that he could have rested Tatum last night.

Will be interesting to see if we continue to treat KP like Al and not play him on B2Bs. Probably the smart thing to do, but we have a couple of tough B2Bs coming up where he'd really be helpful, Minny and Milwaukee  in particular.

Man, our ball movement and off-ball movement is excellent tonight. Wish we did more of this when at full strength; we'd legitimately be unguardable.

good timeout by joe. don't let the lead dwindle and calm everyone down.

Other than Barnes, Toronto is not much of 3-pt shooting team.

I know Tatum's our best player, and he can do things that no one else on our team can do...  But the one thing I wish Tatum would stop doing is holding onto the ball for so long, while also moving really really slow to initiate our offense.   Tonight no one is holding the ball very long, it is zipping, and we are into our offense right away.   I don't know why Tatum does that, but it is becoming more obvious and it would make Tatum better.

And on cue, JB does the exact same thing lol smh...
