We have to get KP and more paint touches involved. These threes aren't going to keep falling at this clip all night.

Yes, we're making more, but we're still shooting an inordinate amount and are very one-dimensional right now.

Yeah, I'm getting a little annoyed when he sets the pick to get a mismatch but doesn't get the ball. I think that'll get better as these guys continue to play with one another. But I don't want him to start to get frustrated.

If I'm Joe I'm getting him more involved to start the second half, especially given that he's an automatic mismatch with everyone in Brooklyn

But that's the problem, you aren't Joe and who knows if he even notices that.
He's probably ecstatic about all the 3's.

Yep. Been worried about the same thing with us having our big 4 + White who needs touches. It's a delicate balance to keep everyone happy.

Currently in fga:

Brown - 12
Tatum/Holiday - 9 apiece
White - 5
KP - 3

If I'm Joe I'm getting him more involved to start the second half, especially given that he's an automatic mismatch with everyone in Brooklyn, too.

Sam and some of the OGs have to start preaching "reward the big man" in practices. Neither of the Jays have played with a big this talented, so they're not used to that idea but I hope it'll come in time.

I felt bad about our court until I just saw a few others on the halftime highlights. Good Gawd.

I agree 100%.   Some of those other courts are embarrassments.  The red one, omg.
First peek for me too. They’re awful.

Windhorst seems to really like the C's team.

For those who like podcasts, his Hoop Collective podcast with Tim Macmahon and Tim Bontemps is one of the better NBA podcasts out there. Bontemps gets annoying, but overall pretty enjoyable. Right up there with the Lowe Post.

Jays are fun to watch when they get on a heater.  I also like that Jrue is being more aggressive tonight.

He's much better in the post than I thought.
He’s a strong dude, which is also why he can guard taller guys.

Good. They've looked for KP in the paint twice already and got him an open pick and pop three. No score came from them, but at least they're looking for it.

That strip down the center of the court is distracting.

Like to see some of our more athletic bench guys get some minutes, this is a good chance to give meaningful playing time - Joe can't keep playing the first 6 into the ground. Brissett, Stevens, Banton.

That was some excellent D by Porzingis. Stayed down and forced the shot clock violation on two separate guys.

They've been looking for KP more off the pick & roll this half. I like it.

I don't like that shot by JT...no def balance when he misses, and then an easy layup for the Nets

Worked our ass off on defense only to have Tatum dribble up and jack an immediate 3.

Oshae got some 1st half run. I want to see more of Stevens.
