PP has had a real long run here. Rewarded for playing better.

He made that, but that was such a horrible take by Brown lol It like 1 on 3 or 4 on the fastbreak.

Jays are fun to watch when they get on a heater.  I also like that Jrue is being more aggressive tonight.

He's much better in the post than I thought.

Agree... at both ends of the court.  I had it in my head all these years that Smart was the more switchy defensive PG who could guard up, while Jrue was a better defender against ball-handling guards.  Had no idea that Jrue could hold his own against guys like Embiid and KAT.

We have to get KP and more paint touches involved. These threes aren't going to keep falling at this clip all night.

Yes, we're making more, but we're still shooting an inordinate amount and are very one-dimensional right now.

EDIT: 27 of our 49 shots have been threes so far, with us at 44.4% on threes.

Nice to see JB have a bounce back game.

Just 2 turnovers for the C's that half.

Yeah, I'm getting a little annoyed when he sets the pick to get a mismatch but doesn't get the ball. I think that'll get better as these guys continue to play with one another. But I don't want him to start to get frustrated.

Exactly. When Brown manages to get thru the lane every so often, it just encourages him to take it into traffic more.

(It's a good thing you said it, I would have been crucified for criticizing a made basket)

Only 1 rebound from Porzingis? How is that even possible?

Yep. Been worried about the same thing with us having our big 4 + White who needs touches. It's a delicate balance to keep everyone happy.

Currently in fga:

Brown - 12
Tatum/Holiday - 9 apiece
White - 5
KP - 3

If I'm Joe I'm getting him more involved to start the second half, especially given that he's an automatic mismatch with everyone in Brooklyn, too.

It's the coach's job to get that adjustment made, which is my fear.

JT (7) and Holiday (6), basically. They're excellent rebounders for their positions, and they're more mobile to get the ones that aren't closer to the rim.

Feels like he's been pulled out a lot on the perimeter, too, and with Brooklyn shooting so many threes, it's leading to longer bounces off the rim.

I felt bad about our court until I just saw a few others on the halftime highlights. Good Gawd.

I agree 100%.   Some of those other courts are embarrassments.  The red one, omg.
