up by 32 with 3 minutes left in the 3rd....time to put the bench in and see what they can do. give every starter a rest.

for a tp and entertainment, name the celtics players who start the 4th period!!!  ;D

Man, this offense really is something else.

It's structured a lot differently than the Golden State Warriors with KD, but it reminds me a lot of it with so many lethal scoring options. It's just impossible to try and stop them because there's so many scoring options in the starting unit, including both as shooters and players that can beat you 1 on 1.

Honestly, even with Curry and KD being some of the best scorers ever and Klay a top 5 shooter ever, I think our offense could be even more dynamic, as we literally don't have a weak spot in terms of shooting or scoring. EVERY SINGLE PLAYER is  a threat to hit the jumper, beat you off the dribble, and/or beat you one on one.

  • Let's Go Celtics!
Jrue should've passed that to Porzingis.

These guys just have to be willing to make the next pass.

Nobody seemed to move when Jrue stopped his dribble. Happened also to JB a few plays back.

I thought Jrue pulled in KP's defender and he was open from 3. Jrue just missed him.

It's a small nitpick in a game we have control of, but I think that's the thing that worries me the most at this point.

This is crazy.

Game 1 we had two guy with 30+ points (Tatum with 34, Porzingis with 30)
Game 2 we had two guys with 27 points (Brown and White)
Game 3 it looks like we are likely to again have two guys with 30+ points.

It used to be extremely rare for us to have two guys both play big in the same night.  This season so far it's happened in every one of our first three games.

We need a little more from PP and Hauser going forward in terms of points. I'm  not saying they each have to put up 15+ nightly but they also can't be having like 0 or less than 5 most nights either.

Wow, KP really showing some potential as a passer from the big position tonight. That'd unlock yet another aspect of the offense that'd make it impossible to guard.

But it's going to require guys to continue to move off the ball. I'm seeing a lot more of that tonight, it seems.

I’d send KP and Tatum to the showers .

Let the scrubs finish the game with Brown and White
