I'm surprised Arcidiacano is still on an NBA roster.  He's definitely not NBA caliber.

I could be wrong but he might be on a training camp deal

Brissett looks the part of a great NBA player as long as you ignore the results, lol.  Big, quick, decisive... and nothing seems to go in.
Nice observation. He did score like 35 with Indy against the C’s last year.

Frustrated with JB. He’s making all the same mistakes as last year, as well as playing way too selfishly as last year. Has stop the dumb, forced hero ball.

And he rarely makes the extra pass, either, even with four other excellent shooters out there.

It's easier if you just accept the fact that's just who he at this point. You can tell when he decides he's going to get his no matter what happens.

SF: Gordon Hayward/Demar Derozan

C: Kristaps Porzingis/Bobby Portis/James Wiseman

Preseason grain of salt applies, but Pritchard looks far better off the bounce than he has at any other point in his professional career.  He's getting to his spots reliably.  Last year, he could not.

That is the difference for him being a below average primary backup PG to an above average backup PG.

Fun game to watch. Knicks kept them honest. First half was a great template on what they’re capable of, second half more of a cautionary tale. But winning is always pleasant  :police:

TPs for all!!!

Porzingis is so good… Really smart and efficient player.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

I feel exactly the same way, but upon checking the box scores, JB is leading the team with 6 assists (and 4 turnovers). He does pass the ball, but there are times when he “needs to get his” which leads to unforced turnovers. That’s the part that he needs to polish. Last year he tried too hard at times in order to earn his extension. Now he’s doing the same in order to justify the huge contract. He just needs to play team ball. It took years for JT to get it. Hopefully JB learns to do that as the season progresses.

I don't think it is about the contract. It is about status. It is about recognition. It is about individual accolades.

He wants to prove he can be one of the best players in the league. Not just to win a title but to win a title while being one of the top players in the league.

Good win.  Still figuring some things out but the potential of this team is ridiculous.

The turnovers are always the worr ywith JB.  How do you have 4 turnovers in a preseason game when you are a JB calibre player?

Unfortuntely I think he also wants to prove he's the best player on the team by trying to force awkward competition with Tatum constantly.  I don't like that.  I think as he's trying to compete with Tatum this team will never see its potential.
