Philly has really been attacking the rim over and over again(just like us).  I don't think they are afraid of KP as a rim protector.
Although he obviously is pretty good at it based on the stats.

Maxy still looks like the fastest guy on the court.  We don't really have a good matchup for him.  I guess White, Jrue, and Jaylen all take turns wearing him down?

PP and KP have looked sharp in this game.  That is the biggest positive for me.

This two big lineup is just untenable with a quick, speedy guard like Maxey. Too easy to get the big mismatch. Don't like it.

Jaylen has to be open to passing the ball a little bit more.

Liking what I'm seeing already from the small lineup. Lots of passing and movement, and no way to stay with everyone.

Really just need this team to learn how to play together and trust each other.  They're dripping with upside.  I see guys struggling with their roles out there right now though and that'll take time.

It doesn't really feel like guys are struggling with their roles, more like guys just aren't used to playing together. Some good passes and ideas, but catches have been boggled. It really seems like an issue with lack of repetitions which is completely expected.

Excellent passing from JT to Jrue to KP to White to Brown, who subsequently holds it, gets double teamed, and gets the ball hit out of bounds. Then follows it up the next possession with the same thing trying to do too much.

He's going to have to learn to adjust his game and play with the other guys. He's not going to get to iso over and over and over like he did last year. I think he'll have the biggest adjustment of all the guys of adjusting to the new reality with so many mouths to feed.

Good to see Oubre is Oubre out there.  Should be a great asset for us this year.

TP.

I said it a few posts above you - he has to be open to passing the ball more for this to work. He's had black hole issues his whole career, but I was hoping him securing his contract would alleviate some of that. Early indications don't suggest that, though. He's going to have to work on it.

Gorman’s best quality is seeming like an ‘everyday guy’ - guy you’d want to hang with. And… a Boston guy. Will be tough for Drew to follow.
