Wolves have an excellent squad but we'll only hear nauseating media about how Edwards "carried" the wolves. The rest of the wolves are getting the Lebron treatment.

I call it the Derrick Rose treatment.

When your supporting cast are more defensive orientated and less scoring orientated (Gobert, McDaniels, Conley vs Joakim Noah, Deng) they get less credit than they deserve.

And when your supporting cast is more offensive orientated (Jaylen, Porzignis), sometimes you star (Tatum) can get less credit than he deserves.

What are you watching? I’m pretty impressed with the mavs. According to everyone and how amazing the wolves are then this shouldn’t even be a game.

Hate to say it, but I think I’m rooting for Dallas to win.

Beyond being a better matchup for us, I’m just tired of hearing the Minny/Ant discourse at this point and the media completely drooling over Ant and just completely exaggerating his value and abilities all off of a single run. And this is while simultaneously always downplaying any of our success.

(All that said, on the whole I actually really like Minny and Ant as a player, but the media has turned me against them.)

For as much as Ant receives massive attention and respect from the media, he gets an unfriendly whistle from the refs. Not quite Jaylen Brown level but closer to Jaylen than other top stars.

Ant does not get the star treatment from the refs. Some of it is his own fault. He avoids contact a lot. But even when he gets hit, refs swallow their whistle a lot for him.
