If ever the Celtics face Minny in the finals, Tatum and Brown needs to be 100% especially when their shots are not falling. They easily get deflated when they start bricking shots and gets lazy on defense. Edwards, meanwhile shot 6-24 but was still very aggressive on both sides.

Cs getting lots of hate on twitter (X). There’s seems to be an agenda where it’s anybody but the Celtics to win. Add to that, people are ready to put an asterisk if Boston ever wins, citing the injuries and breaks (Minny beating Denver). Crazy stuff. I don’t really care though, let’s go for banner 18!

nobody cares

the heck with them

haters gonna hate

this is not the covid bubble fake title

there will be no asterisk by our title.

ESPN coming out of the woodworks to diss Boston Sports as always.

Did it with the Tom Brady Patriots. And now, how conveniently for them do it with the 64-18 Boston Celtics

Can someone please explain one specific instance during the Nuggets Timberwolves game. With 1:47 remaining in the game, there was a jump ball and only 6 seconds left on the Timberwolves shot clock. There was a tip and scramble for the ball, which lead to another jump ball. The time on the clock was the 1:41, but the shot clock never moved off of 6 seconds. Shouldn't the shot clock have run out before that second jump ball? If the referees didn't notice, then someone on that Nuggets bench definitely should have. It was almost as if the Denver team checked out at that moment.

Shot clock doesn’t start until a team has possession of the ball.

I thought that was after a change of possession. I guess that explains it then. TP.

What are they saying about Boston?

What are they saying about Boston?

Woj's bomb last night about Dallas being the first team in the NBA to advance to the Conference Finals.

Folks stating the Celtics have the easiest path ever- curbstomping a Butler-less and Rozier-less Heat team, a banged up Cavs team missing Allen/Lavert/Mitchell, ducking the banged up Bucks, banged up 76ers, banged up Knicks, avoiding Orlando whom the Cavs defeated, and now getting to face the "lowly" #6 seeded Pacers. And also, the juggernaut Nuggets out of the picture as well.

Have the Pacers and Celtics played each other much in the playoffs?

I am thinking of the Chuck Person vs Larry Bird series. Then there were two series with average Paul Pierce sides. Any others?

Kyrie Celtics when we swept them. Two different eras now

And thank God for that.

Anybody feel bad for Knicks when Paul Pierce was stomping all over Brunson's jersey despite his injury?

I don't. After all, they were clowning all over Joel Embiid during the first series and fans chanting "We want Boston" after taking a 1-0 lead against the Pacers.

That was some crazy D by the Wolves!  Gobert and Reid were monsters.  When Gobert hit that fadeaway shot block beater they had to be feeling good! Longest shot I’ve seen hit.

Gobert really stepped up and deserves some credit. He was impactful

With all the hate that Tobias Harris got from Philly fans for 4 years I'm surprised MPJ is getting much more leniency from Dallas fans. Their outputs are quite literally the same. The difference is that MPJ plays with Jokic who passes the ball, and Tobias plays with Embiid who doesn't.
