What happened to Kawhi? He left the game without any explanation.

Man…I keep waiting for the bucks to figure it out but they just look very very mid

I think the Bucks are only the 6th-8th best team in the East. I do not see them as a threat at all.

He injured himself, apparently he had some back spasm so he left

Kings sacking Milwaukee up 17 at the half.

Celtics gonna have the 1 seed clinched before the Easter Bunny arrives.

Up 6 full losses on the best of the West, too. We may have the number 1 overall seed wrapped up by early April with the remaining schedule that we have.

After what the Heat did last season coming from the 8th seed and the play-in to make the Finals, I started to put myself in the camp of "seedings don't matter, what matters is the team is playing its best basketball in April to June". But then I thought of Denver and I think we need to have HCA against them...Jokic will be Jokic, Murray will be Murray but maybe their supporting cast will be less effective playing in Boston than at home. And we need every edge we can get against them

Milwaukee looks like a team that will get upset in the 1st or 2nd round by a lower seed. they have a brutal schedule coming up. Will be interesting to see where they land.

right now they would face a possible healthy sixers it looks like if the playoffs started today. should beat the sixers without embiid, but after that its the suns, Celtics, Thunder, lakers...

Clippers already feel like they are being undone. Injuries/spasms popping up for Kawhi. Westbrook still out. Only up 2 games on the Pelicans for the 4 seed.

So the Cs last tough game for a bit will be Thursday. Bit concerned because the first game back after a long road trip is always tough.

I knew the remaining strength of schedule was easy but not this easy.

You weren't kidding, that jump from Chicago to us is huge

Of course, some of that is the fact that we never have to play ourselves
I'm bitter.

Yeah, the Jazz were about the average level of difficulty we’re facing the rest of the way.  We’d be favored for HCA even if we were tied at this point, but there’s no way anyone is catching us in the East even if they win out, and that’s probably true for the West also.

But it’s mostly that our schedule was front loaded.  We haven’t had to play ourselves all year, and entering the weekend we’d played the 2nd toughest schedule to date. Games against Portland and Utah have dropped is down to 4th in that metric.

Yeah...this stretch even with the 3 home games then the 5 game western road trip was probably the toughest of the year. Phoenix really is the last big game for a few days. Back 2 back with Washington and Detroit then the Bucks in town next week.

After that they have games vs bad teams with a playoff team sprinkled in here and there.

6 of the last 7 in the season at home and then straight into the playoffs.

I think wins should come
Detroit x2
Washington x2
Atlanta x2
Charlotte x2
Bucks at home
Bulls
Knicks
Kings
Blazers

Toss ups
Suns
Thunder
at Bucks
at Pels

Most likely over 63 wins for the season

Starting from the Knicks game on February 24, the C's embarked on a very tough 9-game stretch which included the West Coast trip. In that span, they went 7-2  8)

At this point they pretty much have the best record in the NBA locked up IMO barring some massive collapse. I predict the C's go 12-5 in their final 17 to finish with a 63-19 record. Even if the top West teams go undefeated from here on out, they aren't better than 62-20. Or even if the C's slip up and finish around 60 wins total, again, the top West teams would have to only lose 1 or 2 games for them to unseat Boston. Don't see that happening.

It's an easy stretch to finish the season with only a few tough ones mixed in (Phoenix, MIL twice, etc.). Should be plenty of opportunities to load manage and rest guys.

Once Celtics has home court advantage lock, I wouldn’t play Porzingus or Jrue..and just play Tatum, brown & white a little
C/PF-Horford, Baynes, Noel, Theis, Morris,
SF/SG- Tatum, Brown, Hayward, Smart, Semi, Clark
PG- Irving, Rozier, Larkin
