Rutgers came out and drove down the field, but then threw a pick 6.  Be curious to see if they can continue to move the ball or if the INT ignites the Buckeyes
Rutgers will implode.  Their 6-2 record is fools gold.

So is Rutgers QB only good for designed QB runs? Felt like that's all he could do really, he went 10-25 for 129 yards, with a horrible INT and also missed some open guys. Yeesh. How are they 6-3? (I know the answer is probably defense)

Texas also survives a big scare.

Clemson did upset Notre Dame earlier. I feel there'll be a few more upsets before the end of the day

Ohio State also has one of the best defenses in the country.  OSU's struggles have mostly been offensively. Lots of injuries in the backfield and a new QB has created a linger transition than the Buckeyes are used to. And McCord is talented but he is no where near as good as Stroud, and the drop off there is obvious
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip

OSU hasn't played a good, dynamic offense with skill position threats.  OSU has been able to dominate the Big10 with a massive talent advantage especially at the skill positions.  It is going to be really interesting to see how the addition of Oregon, Washington, USC and UCLA shakes things up.

Idk what games specifically (maybe LSU-Alabama, ND-Clemson?), but I'm feeling some upsets today.

Lot of awesome games coming up.

Call me crazy but I also think Missouri could give Georgia a huge fight. If the game was played @Missouri I probably would have even picked them. Alas, it's at Sanford Stadium

And Missouri did in fact give them a good fight. Lot of good games so far, and close finishes. Still some great finishes coming up in some of these games like Oklahoma-Oklahoma State (I hope they find a way to keep playing each other even after the SEC move, it's a great rivalry).

I'm predicting LSU upsets Alabama tonight, and Washington will beat USC in a high scoring affair (something like a 45-38 final)

Just a hunch, but I also wonder if Georgia beating a Top-12 team today and Ohio State looking shaky might make them #1 again and Ohio State goes to #2.

A lot of these "great rivalries" are pretty lopsided.  Oklahoma is 91-20-7 against Oklahoma State.

that is really what makes Ohio St. and Michigan so great. Near even (60-51-6 UM all time and Michigan started 13-0-2 so it is 47-51-4 since 1918) and usually both teams are good if not great.

LSU/Bama is going to be interesting.  Ole Miss on the road could only score 10pts against Bama.  The next week at home Ole Miss scored 55 against LSU.  Hopefully Bama can prevent big plays and hold LSU to field goals.  Go Bama!!

Oh dang I did not realize it was that lopsided lol. I just remember in recent memory a lot of these games are fiercely competitive between the two sides.

It's early but LSU with a nice drive to go up 7-0. They looked really comfortable too

I know I know, cheating allegations and all. But this Michigan team is an absolute wagon. Already up 17-0 early on Purdue. To their credit they seem to just blow out teams every week. Barely any "shaky" performances or "scares" by the opponent, it's just business as usual in blowouts

That's the way it should be when your schedule is garbage and you're not only a talented but experienced team.

There really is zero defense in the PAC-12 lol. 35-28 Washington over USC and not even halftime yet

LSU-Alabama has been fantastic. Milroe + Daniels are just phenomenal runners and it makes it tougher on the defenses too. Great drives by both teams right before halftime.

We’ll see how they do next week, with Harbaugh suspended and lawsuits flying.  You heard it here first!

Well they're actually playing someone other than a Tomato Can next week, so we'll see what happens  ;D
