Both trades work straight up for Brogdon.  Obviously we may have to sweeten the post with some picks, probably the golden state pick for  OG.

My question is more fit.  Who do you like better out of Gary Trent or OG. I like how Trent plays like a real shooting guard that allows Brown to play more SF, would make the offense run smoothly.

However OG can still hit the three and the defense in small ball would be insane.

Zinger
Tatum
Brown
OG
White

OG for Brogdon + GS #1 + Celtics 2024 #1

Then trade Pritchard to Washington for Monte Morris.

OG - much bigger and better on the defensive end. Doubt they give him up for cheap

I don’t know why Toronto gives either good young player for older, injured Brogdon.  Two draft picks likely in the 20’s doesn’t seem good enough value to me.

They just traded away the starting PG. Makes no sense to trade away your next best guard and leave you with White, Pritchard, Davison...pretty weak guard depth.

Not sure if it's weak or not.  White would be the starter, PP would be first off the bench and y'all know how much I love JD, he's the third guy.  Bring Mr RisingStar Yam over for the 4th.

We'd be young for sure, but I think Tatum handles the ball more this year anyway!

OG wants to start. He’s not going to get the minutes he wants to get a bigger contract next year. I guess he might make sense if they blow it up by trading JB or something crazy like that.

It's weak. White is your only proven point guard.
