Hearing the Celtics are trading down yet again from No. 31. Swapping with the Hornets for picks Nos. 34 and 39.
How did we get more value for 31 than 25?

They didn't. They got 31 and two future seconds for 25.

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

This is stupid, but whatever. Brad clearly never had a target in mind for this draft, so I guess it's better to just keep trading down. I assume we'll eventually take somebody. Hopefully with the other one, we can trade it for a future pick.

Sheppard looks interesting for Indiana.
Sheppard was interesting. Strawther is even more interesting. Two shooters for Indiana late in the first. Good additions. They should fit what they are building there with Haliburton.

I'm waiting to see who I'm going to unreasonably talk myself into as being a future star.

Stupid? We seem to be squeezing out as much value as possible

I really like Nnaji.  I thought he would have been a nice long term prospect.  Oh well, see what 34 and 39 bring.
