No.

He's the definition of a front runner. At least when our guys come up short, they're willing to face the media.

SG: OG Anunoby/Norman Powell/Matisse Thybulle
SF: Gordon Hayward/Demar Derozan

I don't think D Brooks is what this team needs although he would not be a bad replacement for G Will should G Will leave.

This team needs shooters. Guys who can consistently make outside shots. Not a less consistent more shot-happy version of Marcus Smart which is what D Brooks is.

Still, his defense and mentality would be good for the squad just it has been for Memphis. So not a first option but a decent fallback option if other things fall through.

Second that.
Brings in toughness. He knows his boundaries. It's just that he recently ran into a very entitled superstar that made him a villainn of sort in basketball and sports media.

Yuck.  No thanks.

You have a problem with our shot selection now?  Brooks is even worse.

Is a tenacious defender with a chip on his shoulder. I'd like him coming off our bench.

I'll take trouble and baggage over our nice guys....Lakers beat us with trouble maker Ron Artest.

Absolute no on Brooks.

He just talks tough. He wasn't able to do anything against LA. Couldn't shoot, couldn't defend anyone. Hard pass
Any odd typos are because I suck at typing on an iPhone :D
