Joe in his presser:

Said they had more poise and connectivity tonight regardless of the result

Said that being in a do or die situation forced them to find that poise and connectivity again…reminded themselves thst just a week ago they had it

Says they can’t relax, they need the same intensity, mindset, focus for next game

Says that GWill had a great game, screened well, hit open shots

Says they need to do a better job staying down on fakes, less fouls, but liked their ball pressure

Says he called thst timeout with JAylen trapped in the corner because he felt he lost the advantage and he wanted to reset and told the guys they can’t lose 50 50 balls  :D

He's right on all counts

We're not coming back from 3-0, but I still don't want the season to end tonight. Please just extend for it for a few more days at least

Phew! Thank you   :)

Maybe you can get that Indian dinner again this Thursday!

Lol I’m Indian myself so we’re probably eating Indian food regardless

I guess I’ll post what I’m having that night too lol

Chicken tikka masala could end up being our lucky charm for next game  :police:

Unfortunately I don’t eat meat anymore

But there’s like thousands of other Indian dishes to make and eat lol

An aloo palak then

It’s not unfortunate at all. So much healthier way to live. Palak or Saag paneer… With some garlic naan on the side. It’s so good..

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Step in the right direction. Glad to hear hes noticing some of these things. In particular the pump fake comments because I lose my mind every time sum1 twitches and our guys are jumping out the gym. So much easier to play defense when they just put a hand up and stay on the ground and can recover on the drive
everyone got so sensitive after 9-11... thanks alot bin laden

GWill asked in his interview what it was that Joe said after thst timeout thst he called where Jaylen got trapped and after the timeout they had a really good ATO and started playing really well:

“I have no idea…I don’t remember. It must’ve been good though”

He also said that Joe noticed thst they were starting to let go of the rope again and be aimless and so the timeout allowed them to refocus on what they needed to do and they came out and played with more focus and intentionality after it.

So maybe Joe is learning thst the reason for a timeout is to refocus YOUR team, not to mess up the other team

Had garlic naan with malai kofta and paneer makhani today and some appetizers we got from the restaurant too. So delicious. I posted a pic of it here too I think on Page 5 or 6

I have Indian food usually twice a week. So much variety, I never get tired of it. Had some butter chicken with basmati rice the other day, samosa on the side. People who haven’t tried it are really missing out.

If anything it was good to see them not quit.
This is the time tatum needs to demand the ball and just either win or go down fighting. It is his team but this cpuld.make it HIS team if that makes sense.
Back to wanting Joe fired.
