Horford did it late in Game 4 against PHI when they went up 5. Game went to OT and they lost.

Horford did it again in Game 1 this series with the "timeout gesture" too when up 62-49, they blew it 2nd half

And tonight, G-Will exchanges words with Butler, and the C's choke late. 20-7 run Miami after that.

I mean I love the emotion and fire, but it certainly looks bad if they can't back it up. Not entirely their faults either, others have needed to step up and they haven't.

To be fair does anyone think we would beat Denver? This team has too many mental lapses.

If we can't beat Miami we not gonna beat the nuggets who are a much better team.

Yeah, I'm right there, too. I thought we'd get past the Heat even despite Spo's brilliance due to their lack of talent without Herro, but Malone is an excellent coach with a signfiicantly more talented roster and a killer home court advantage.

I find it hard to believe that this team could beat them, let alone get out of this series at this point. Last year's team? Sure, because they could always rely on their defense. This team has no accountability or discipline.

He didn't actively move away from it. The better coached team adjusted and took it away. Joe is just futile at trying to counter the adjustment, per usual.

If I'm not mistaken, Jaylen Brown made 2nd team All NBA. Do you know why Miami can double team Tatum, it's because Jaylen becomes a ghost when it's crunch time. I swear, there are times that I don't realize he's on the court.

BTW, if Erik Spoelstra was coaching this team, Miami would still be up 2-0.

Joe should have played two bigs (two of G Will, R Will, Horford) and two guards (Brogdon, D White) alongside Tatum for vast majority of the 2nd half. Jaylen was awful. Smart was poor. The other guys were playing well. Horford not so good. But the other guys were good. They deserved to be on the floor.

Mazzula stuck with the guys who did not deserve to be on the floor and they shot us out of the game.

The continued overreliance on Al when he's been atrocious on both ends is just mind-boggling.

Joe made some improvements in some aspects, but we're still at such a coaching disadvantage that it may be insurmountable. Overrelying on Al, not playing enough Timelord in his stead, not finding ways for his star player to get more involved in teh fourth, not even calling the timeout down 5 and ending up with a deep Tatum three for basically the season, etc.

Just a clown show. I don't know how you can bring him back next year if you're Brad, especially with so many good coaches on the market right now.

I would have liked to have seen more Al alongside Timelord. Al was matched up too much with Bam late when Bam clearly was taking advantage of Al's old legs. That needed to be Timelord on Bam.

I feel like Horford would play better if not matched up with Bam so much. Some yes but this was too much. Needs more time on other guys. Let Timelord deal with the young fella Bam.

I love seeing a team rewarded for playing the right way. Miami does that and the C’s rely simply on talent to do anything. A sweep here might actually do the franchise some good. Nobody is going to give you a free pass to a championship. You earn it like Miami are currently doing!

If Spo was the coach, we may not have lost a game yet. That's how talented this team is. Brown is like that because we have no accountability or discipline under Joe, and our character is nothgin like it was last under a competent, tough coach.

But there are still ways that you can get Tatum action even when they throw late double teams at him. You run sets to have him get the ball early, pass it off, and then get it again, perhaps on the post. You rarely see a team double team the same player twice in teh same possession. It's just too hard.
