No way this team wins 4 of the next 5 to take this series. They can barely keep focused for an entire game, never mind 4.

Tough way to end the season. I hope we get a smart vet head coach next year.

The Celtics can only win blowouts, but they lose every close game. Same thing against Atlanta first round and Philly last round too.

When MIA cut the lead to 6 with 4 minutes to go, they had the advantage.

This team becomes a PUDDLE when it's close late. They don't know how to function. And the coaching is also abysmal + there's inconsistencies all around (like why is Tatum taking only 2-3 shots in the 4th??)

Boston should have won that game. Miami stole it. They stole it by hanging in there and grinding away hoping Boston would screw up and they did. Jaylen screwed up all night long. Mazzula screwed up time and time again. And sure enough, Boston gave Miami the chance to steal it down the stretch.

Well done Miami for their mental fortitude / stick-to-it-iveness.

Still, there is part of me that feels positive about the matchup if not the result. Boston do look the superior team. They do look capable of beating Miami. They do look capable of beating Miami 4 out of 5. The result sucks. Being down 0-2 is terrible.

Still ... there is hope there. It is not like they are getting out-classed out there on the court. They are not overmatched. They are the better team. They are capable of beating Miami and beating them multiple times.

The series is still there to be won. Will they? Won't they? I don't know. But they can. I feel good about that. It's not the type of series where you are down 0-2 and the other team is much better than you and you have no hope. Too large a hole. Ain't coming back. Not the case here. They can come back from this. They can win this series.

He didn't actively move away from it. The better coached team adjusted and took it away. Joe is just futile at trying to counter the adjustment, per usual.
