The Celts have to beat Miami before thinking about how to defend either Denver or LA.
The press and the fans are acting like Boston will win the series handily.
I will believe it when I see it. Miami's consistent mental toughness will be difficult for us.

Good win by Denver. Feels like the Lakers figured out some stuff in that 2nd half though that Denver needs to figure out. Their defense leaves a lot to be desired if they aren’t hitting their shots at a high clip like they did tonight.

A Reaves 21pts 8ast
Hachimura 17pts good D on Jokic

J Murray 31pts 5reb 5ast 12-20 FG
KCP 21pts
MPJ 15pts 10reb
A Gordon 12pts
B Brown 16pts

Star performances from the two main guys on either team (AD, LeBron vs Jokic, J Murray) but DEN got 4 players from their supporting cast with strong games compared to 2 for LAL. Difference makers.

Jokic's passing and ability to set the table for his teammates is key to getting quality contributions regularly from so many guys.

I haven't seen that. C's respect Miami unlike the last two opponents.

Austin Reaves looking like Steph Curry out there

Some team will certainly pay him right? It would be a miracle if the Lakers somehow keep him?

Everyone’s acting like Denver “overachieved” tonight yet so did the Lakers. Is it a guarantee AD puts up 40+ and they shoot that well again also?

It looked to me like the whole series might be like this. Two teams who can't stop one another putting up huge numbers. Lots of close games.

I worry more about the Lakers than Denver because I think our guys can't beat Lebron. He is in their head so GO Nuggets.

AD brought it and the Lakers still lost convincingly. It looked like Denver was playing with them most of the game until the Lakers made it interesting late.

Denver’s shooting is much more sustainable, unless they give Jokic an open paint to work with.

That was some truly hideous defense tonight. I'm a little less concerned about these teams than I was a few days ago

Tonight was Reaves and Hachimura. Next game might be Lonnie Walker and D'Lo. :(
