Just like the Loyola and Houston air raid offense in the 90s, any all raid offense where you hope to outgun your opponent will not work once they face a strong defensive team.

We need to scrap this 3 pt offense. Start with defense first, and cater your offense to the strength of your individual player. And JB, JT and Smart are not good 3pt shooters.

Joe with his strong believe on the 3 pt offense is like a marketer just trying to BS us to buy his product.

I'd have rather lost game 6 then have this result.  Just so embarrassing top to bottom.

Agree, though I almost would rather have lost in 4 because they would have no choice but to make changes.
At this point, Brad and Wyc will use the "gutsy" wins in games 5 & 6 as evidence of Joe's coaching ability.

I wonder if Rick Carlisle or Kenny Atkinson or both would be available .

Coach Bud is my third choice

This team are LOST offensively.  The three thing is out of hand.

I’m tired of the Mickey Mouse coaching by Brad Stevens with weak personality. This joe thing is his biggest screwup yet. This group needs a strong coach who can lead them and has experience,  …..and that’s not Doc …btw.

I give him ZerO credit in crunch time , playoff IQ ball,  where you need to motivate and play chess against the best coaches . Joe did ok , regular season, where he never did anything , the team was set on auto pilot from Udoka . But when the going got tuff, teamed a strong vocal leader and a aiQ ….joe disappeared, he was destroyed by the moment . Making one good call every now and then just an’t cutting it for a team looking to contend.

Joe is not capable of winning a head to head battle with the best coaches .  Maybe …I doubt it tho ….in 10-15 years of under study,

Stevens should have taken over the team when Ime left. Joe was a terrible hire. Stevens gotta go on that alone.

Do people not realize how CBS left as coach? The players tuned him out. That’s why they moved him to the FO when Ainge left.

Even if Stevens came back as coach the players weren’t going to magically listen to him again. There was no shot.

Was it all the players?  It seemed Brown wanted a change, but if he’s traded, maybe problem solved.  Then again, I believe Stevens wanted a change and to be able to spend more time with his kids.

ok fair enough but to mne that also disqualifies him as GM

Well I can’t imagine Jaylen liked being in trade rumors last summer involving Durant, when CBS was GM btw lol.

Al just abominable all night, yet he got 34 minutes to Timelord's 14 minutes.

And that's all on Joe's fascination with the three ball offense and refusal to play Timelord big minutes because he provides less spacing.

For the love of God, just move on from this guy.
