Why are so many people here blaiming coach Mazzula? The players chocked, and once again Tatum was a no show at the end.

because the def scheme was crap.

This one is on Joe. His defensive scheme is atrocious. No Embiid, but his drop coverage just let the sixers shoot as will.

this coach is trash

Joe is always going to play Big AL and Smart.

They are the real leaders in the locker room...not Joe.

Joe is scared to make the right decisions because of that.

I'm not sure if Embiid misses the game tonight, if that's a positive for the Celtics. How many times this year have the Celtics lost a game, where their opponent was missing one of their best players? Just look back to game 5 against Atlanta, where Murray was suspended.

I do expect the Celtics to win tonight and the series. I'm just concerned that the Celtics may take tonight's game for granted if Embiid is out.

I had a feeling Embiid missing the game would help the 76ers, only because this Celtics team seemingly always looks past teams in a situation like this. They know they haven't won a [dang] thing yet, right?

Well if we don't come back and win game 2, we are complete toast.  I mean it might be a sweep.
This team might need a reset. Perennial loser mentality. Zero killer instinct after so much playoff experience. It’s disappointing.

I don’t get the Joe blame. This team has played with the same attitude under THREE coaches now.

I’m not particularly worried about the series, but they clearly are NOT learning from their past. Not last series, not last season. They let teams off the hook time and time again.

They will blow the brakes off the Sixers next game but when will the next embarrassing loss come? Hopefully they got this series’ one out of the way tonight.

Do you think the NBA will review the shot clock play and apologize?

Because they read all of their own praise. They probably figure, why even bother playing the game?

We sound like a broken record, but when you let a team hang around, the ball suddenly becomes heavier and heavier. On that play JB, JT and Smart had a shot but elected to pass. Nobody wanted to take the shot. They deserved to lose this game. Hopefully we still win the series.

I blame this on both the coach and the players. Coach with the crappy schemes. And I know that these players are just playing lazy and sloppy, since 2018 or 2019?

Are people really going after Tatum and Smart? They are the only players who showed up in the 4th. The rest of the team was trash. And don't get me started about Derrick White - he looks like last year's Derrick White. Embarrassing loss, but we shouldn't be surprised. This team is a lot better on paper than it is on the court.

Worst part is they're gonna say the same stupid answers during post game interviews....

"We gotta learn from this.."
"We need to be better..."

Blah, blah, blah.  Same ol, same ol.

The team with the most collective talent.  All the experience.  Playoff tested.  They always do it to themselves.

I just don't know why Brad didn't wait to address Joe's contract until after the season.

Game was lost when we for some REASON YET AGAIN thought we should milk the clock with 3 min to go.

I'm a 100% serious when I say Joe is not a smart person.
Back to wanting Joe fired.
