i’ll say it again: seven game playoff series are completely about adjustments. find success and your opponent makes an adjustment. what used to work, now doesn’t and you have to adjust to your opponents adjustment. lather, rinse, repeat all series long.

this is true of strategy, as well as personnel. the hawks found success with trae in the high pnr, but joe won’t adjust his defense. compounding the issue and what we’re seeing now with al is joe’s inability to adjust his personnel.

the dude is in way over his head, which is frustrating because ime proved this team is talented enough to compete for a title.
