Horford seals it.  But once again this team sloppy when up.

Too much three; not enough D.    That’s the identity of this highly talented team.

That is such a perfect description.
The Four Celtic Generals:
Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:
Cousy - Havlicek - McHale - Pierce

Great to get wins like this.

On the road, superb defense for 3 quarters, maintained a double digit lead, and countered a superstar that got hot (and got all the calls).

They did what it took to win going away despite not having their best.

How are we doing tonight?  Lots of tos but we still have a nice lead JT with 10 1st half fts.  Some stuff must be going right
'

Best we've played in a long time - probably since the last Blazers game haha

Thanks potter, tp for you and all of the rest of the crew

I think all 10 free throws were in the first quarter. Playing great except the TOs.

Thanks Liam, tp!

Horford said he may be playing tomorrow. Interesting. As long as he's not dealing with any kind of injury, I think that's fine, especially if you put some sort of minutes limit for him. We also have two days off after that, so more recovery time.

Yes I'm ok with any win where we were challenged at the death but still managed to get one in the W column. They're not all going to be pretty and easy, these are the ones that build mental strength which they will need in the playoffs. Lillard went nuclear in the 4th but we stemmed the time.

Sometimes I wonder why POR doesn’t just let Lillard take every shot

i wish tatum would not play hero ball.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.
