We definitely look better in the third. Maybe Joe got them reoriented at the half.

Man Lillard is so good.  He's slicing and dicing us.

we just take too long to get anything on offense.  too much dribbling the air out of the ball without a pass

Tatum definitely looks better and more energized tonight. Having another two days off before Atlanta will be good, too. Wonder if the cumulative effect of so many minutes the past several years is catching up to him.

Yep. I’ve been saying that for months here. They should have been managing him better

Griffin should definitely be ahead of Kornet in the depth chart

getting really good minutes out of Blake tonight.  don't know why we don't see more of him over Kornet

And also, it feels like Smart’s shooting is what aids the other team in making a comeback run. Like a step back 3?? Come on dude

We've got to stop these possessions where one person - usually one of the Jays - comes down, dribbles the air out of the ball for awhile, and then takes a contested three.

I think he’d be an awesome fit for BKN with Bridges

weird how jt and jb are consistently the most careless with the ball on the entire team.
I'd include Smart in that group in terms of carelessness with the ball

TOV/Game

jt 3.0
jb 3.1
ms 2.4
making my point - which I don't think is your intent

honestly, i wasn’t attempting to refute or make your point; just thought i’d post the stats, which i hadn’t reviewed prior to my original post.

to your point, it is very close but i’m not sure how to think about it since marcus is the pg and probably handles the ball more often. conversely, jt and jb do handle the ball quite often in a quasi “point forward” role in our offense, so i’m back to square one in not knowing how to interpret the TO stats.

i guess the above is a long winded way to say i agree that marcus is pretty careless with the ball as well. lol
