Another short rotation night, too. Only 8 players playing thus far, with no GWill or Musky.

Why did we even trade for Muscala if he's barely going to play at all

he is probably still smarting from that big facial from D. Mitchell against the cavs.

D Mitchell pantsed our entire team that night, not just Muscala lol

Hat tip to Joe's Magic 8 Ball.  Tonight it said "Play Hauser".

that one made me snort out a laugh

Hauser always plays. Almost 18mpg over the last 10. 3pt shooting has been on point lately as well.

Less than two minutes against Philly, 14 minutes combined in the two Cleveland games.

He’s still ahead of Grant in the rotation, though.

I know they're up 20 but these guys just don't look crisp tonight.  passing late or off the mark.  wrong positions on Defense, particularly rebounding.  shooting in second quarter 3-16 from 3.  don't know if it's just a mental thing or if they're suffering from some fatigue particularly with the OT games lately

I know Grant hasn't been playing great lately, but on a night when we are missing Timelord, is there any reason he isn't playing?
I guess he is in Joe's doghouse?  Or 1/2 way in there?

They look like it is a grind for them tonight.  Everyone but Tatum looks tired.

I'm sure he's all the way in.  he's lost weight this year so I doubt he got stuck only half way in.  ;)

Honestly I’m kind of surprised POR isn’t just letting Lillard take every shot lol. I’d fear him making shots over a double team than some of these other guys taking open looks

Tatum definitely looks better and more energized tonight. Having another two days off before Atlanta will be good, too. Wonder if the cumulative effect of so many minutes the past several years is catching up to him.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.
