It's funny that Joe kept Tatum in despite his atrocious game recently, but he subbed him out when he plays well this 2nd quarter.
He just doesn't seem to know how to keep our team's momentum (with weird subs), and how to stop the opponent's momentum (lack of time out).

As I'm writing this he put Tatum back in.
