If JT wants a day off for Deuce and it’s against one of the worst teams in the year, you grant him his wish because benefits like that may pay huge dividends when his contract is up. The fact we lost to Orlando is on JB, who clearly will never be a top guy on a team considering we generally range from stench to mediocre when JT is out and JB is healthy (whereas we still tend to win when JT is healthy and JB is out).
JT isn't going to pass up a better deal on another team because he got a day off.
On the flip side do we lose a lesser player due to not getting the same treatment?
