Good thing we sat on all those timeouts ::)

Really sick of Mazzulla's stupid attitude. We are a low composure team, you letting them "figure things out" (aka flounder and lose winnable games) is not helping.

So, I take that to mean Mazzula showed no adjustment at all with his timeouts ?
I was hoping some of the flack he has received would force him to reconsider

Tough game for JB with 7 TOs.  On the other hand he had 21 pts with 9 rebounds.

Tatum and Smart had monster games. Loved the passing from Marcus.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Those 3 offensive fouls hurt

Yeah, he doubled down harder than Kyrie did on his ant-semetic comments

I turned off sure it was over. Flipped it back to see them up 1.  I don’t even want to know.

I think it's inexcusable the C's are missing FTs left and right...they gotta work on it.

And timeouts? Sounds like a nightmare.

Don't understand what happened.  Going into the game tonight they were 2nd in the league in FT%.

I’m just glad JT looked fine after that knee scare. Hopefully he doesn’t have to miss a game. Late TPs for all!

Most of the misses were Tatum and Smart. They missed a combined 6 out of 7 misses. But both of those guys had monster games and we got the win. Tatum missed two after that knock down at center court...

Man....I thought our season was over and Tatum had torn his ACL on that ridiculous play.

C's gotta learn how to close out games, ALWAYS the same story--get an 8-10 point lead with 6 minutes to go and try to work the clock. It's NEVER a good idea, yet they do the same thing over and over-almost cost us an ACL.
Larry Bird was Greater than you think.

Tatum had 38 points, but the game ball goes to Smart.

Smart has been unreal in the past two games.  23 assists to 3 turnovers.
Glad to hear Marcus focused on playmaking instead of shooting 3s. If he can continue to do so Celtics will definitely benefit.

In addition to the passing, he was 6-11 from the field, scoring 15 points, and he took down 7 boards. All numbers very good and in keeping with his role.

I think I heard the announcer say Tatum had shot more FT s than entire Grizzly team.  :)

  • Sometimes there's no sane reason for optimism
What on earth happened? I decided to head to bed with like a minute left and a 7 point lead, with Marcus going to the line. And it looks like MEM had a chance to tie it at the end? That is crazy.

Glad they pulled out the W, but this is a little disturbing.
