Brown is simply an *awful* team defender at times. Got completely lost on that one. Most of the guys have their heads up their butts defensively tonight.

We don't have near the same energy or intensity on that end as we did last year for whatever reason. We've shown glimpses that we're just as formidable when we play with intensity, but that just hasn't been there to start the year.

Our defense is just not the same. Reminds me of before the energy shifted. Offense is nice. we  have more weapons on offense.

I know Ime hung his hat on defense but how could Mazzulla not carry over that philosophy or at least defensive schemes carry over to this year?

While I agree defense has been pretty bad tonight, they are missing their top 3 centers.
