I want to watch the Alternate Universe version of this team, with a properly managed Timelord, a healthy Gallinari, Ime with better judgment, and actual big men on the bench.

The current team is good, but is missing something.
Timelord!

It's really that simple.

And Gallinari

And Ime.  And another big man or two.

I'M THE SILVERBACK GORILLA IN THIS MOTHER... AND DON'T NONE OF YA'LL EVER FORGET IT!

KP / Giannis / Turkuglu / Jrue / Curry
Sabonis / Brand / A. Thompson / Oladipo / Brunson
Jordan / Bowen

Great game by the Bricklayers tonight. Couldn’t hit shots to save their lives. And Garland had been out a week but was better than any Boston player. I guess Cleveland is Boston’s daddy now.

JB and JT going 18-47 from the field didn’t exactly help. Brogdon and G-Will went 9-18. Would be nice if those two got a few more attempts.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Lol. Two OT loses in the first 7 games of the season to the cavs and you think they own the Celtics?

I know it’s been mentioned so many times, bit i wish we at least give boogie or dwight, and even melo a look. This team lacks bigs. Melo could be a weapon for the 2nd unit. If Blake and Vonleh aren’t playable in this game then that says a lot about how Joe views them?

Great game overall.  Cavs much improved this year, and they are really looking like they will push for that 4/5 spot in the playoffs.
Healthy, Cleveland could be a Top 3 team. Mitchell makes a huge difference.

After losing these first two games against them, not sure I want to see them in the playoffs.  But then again, they were early season leaders last year as well, but the Mitchell addition was big.

Game is completely different with Timelord out there, too. That's a huge missing piece for us. Hard to really compare us to them without seeing him play.

I think there will be a lot of Boston games “without seeing Timelord play.” Dude just can’t stay healthy, and I think Boston’s gonna need to find another way to win.

Can the Celtics please bring in a vet coach to balance out the bench? Maybe Vogel.

Right. I’ll patiently wait for Rob to come back, only to have him get hurt again within a couple weeks and ruin Boston’s title chances because Brad has no backup plan for that scenario.  :D

Enough...the JB dribble made no difference. The team had two timeouts.

Uh, you mean besides the full second he took off the clock by dribbling it? Yeah, they were able to advance it, but he still took an eternity off the clock in an end of game scenario by his brain fart. Further, it doesn't change the fact that it was yet another example of his awful BBIQ.
You're clueless. Brown does not have a bad BBIQ. Top 15-20 players don't get there by having bad BBIQ. Bad BBIQ players don't develop to the level he has from where he was to start his career. Bad BBIQ players don't figure out how to get better and better every year. Bad BBIQ players don't become a premier two way player.

It's obvious you have always had a hair across your ass over Jaylen. Always hyper critical. Always pushing this stupid bad BBIQ agenda. It's pathetic.

Yikes. Little defensive, aren't we?

Sorry that I'm not a Brown apologist. Just seems clear to me that he has below average BBIQ for a player of his level. Holds him back. And that play is demonstrative of that questionable BBIQ.

I think that would be great. Vogel has championship pedigree and he was one of the two coaches I thought the C’s should have looked at when the Ime news broke. Snyder was the other coach. Or hire one of them as team consultant, like the Pels had done with Mike D’Antoni.

Theis was an underrated part of our success last season while Rob was out. Theis didn't play much once Rob was back, but he filled in admirably while he was out and our defense was killing it. Too bad he's not healthy or else I'd like to have him back with one of our TPEs.
