His career stats suck.

4,800 career minutes 42% FG% 32% 3PT%

BOS are his 6th team. SAC, DAL early in career. Recent stops in MIL (when they won the title) and PHO; both title contenders who did not see fit to retain him. Also OKC.

Known for being inconsistent offensively and being a subpar defender.

Doesn't look worth a roster spot to me.

Doesn't interest me, although Ime hinted he wants to sign another wing who can shoot.

Isn't this the same guy that Ainge wanted to draft but refused to do a workout for us?

He can pound sand, what goes around comes around

Well Josh did come up as an alternative ;)
We'll put you down for rooting for Justin making it over Josh.

Josh Jackson was the guy, not Justin Jackson. Ainge, Stevens, and Zarren were on a flight to meet with him when they were notified he cancelled.

I’ve long since forgiven Josh Jackson.  Imagine the world where he didn’t cancel his workout and instead impressed the team enough to be drafted over Tatum.  Thank you Josh Jackson and B.J. Armstrong!

I like his game as well but temper that with knowledge that there has to be a reason he has bounced around in the NBA.  So far he has outplayed Sam Hauser in summer league.

I can’t imagine there was anything Josh Jackson could’ve done to get Ainge to draft him.  This was just them doing their due diligence.  Ainge said he would’ve drafted Tatum #1.  He could’ve been blowing smoke, but I would’ve done the same thing.  Tatum seemed to me like the best player coming out. Josh Jackson didn’t measure up at all and neither did Fultz, although I never expected his career to be what it’s been

Justin Jackson would be a good deep bench guy that can do a little bit of everything. I think he'd be solid in that kind of spot.
