Wow, Roddy this early!

I missed a few picks, but signed on to say the same thing.  I just don’t see it with him at all.
He's really weird as a prospect. Like a 260lbs guard.

I just can’t see him being in the rotation of a contender at any point in his career.
Getting Melton for him is a huge steal

So this guy Roddy is like a Jae Crowder / PJ Tucker hopeful

The Grizz seem to have draft genius so I'd wait and see. They have grabbed a lot of underrated guys Bane included.

Sources: The draft picks that New York acquired from OKC in the No. 11 Ousmane Dieng trade:

- 2023 protected 1st rounder via Detroit
- 2023 protected 1st rounder via Washington
- 2023 protected 1st rounder via Denver
That’s a brutal trade for NYK.

I don’t know.  The Denver pick is lotto-protected and should convey next year.  The Washington pick is lotto-protected next year, and the protections decline over the next few before topping out at top-8 pick.  Detroit pick is top-18, declining to top 9.  Decent chance they’ll get a couple of picks in the mid teens and another in the 20s. Seems like a fair deal to me.

Remember that year we had like 8 draft picks and 5 in the first round. Now compare it to this year where we have just one late 2nd rounder

Perk is perhaps the worst draft analyst possible. I don't get why he's here.

It was him or Lisa Leslie  ;)

New York is going to use those picks in a trade I bet.

I think this girl play-by-play is doing a really good job. There's good flow and rhythm.

I said multiple times I thought Banchero was the best player in this draft. No surprise to me that he impressed enough to make the Magic take him #1.

Also nice to see my man, Jalen Williams go #12. Would have loved to seen him in Green.

This feels like a weak draft. Is it talked about as being a good draft class?

There is not much to get that excited about.

She's on NBA today, I think. And I agree, she is doing a good job.

well they traded the Denver pick and 4 2nd rounders to acquire Duren at 13.  So they ended up with a guy they might have taken at 11 anyway and picked up 2 extra 1st's at the expense of 4 2nd's.  Seems like a good move to me.

Surprised Golden State took Baldwin. He was complete trash when he played and was quite injured. Not impressive at all as a prospect.

Looks like Kemba Walker after the trade to Detroit is now going to get bought out. Anyone want him back in Boston?

Imagine if we got Kemba for the vet minimum and took Fournier back via the TPE he created? That would be a real veteran bench with some scoring punch haha!

Brad Stevens: "Well, bringing back Al and Theis worked so well last year, let's double down on that this summer. Go get Kemba, Fournier, and heck, get IT while your at it."

Brad's assistant: "Kyrie too?"

Brad Stevens: "Who's Kyrie?" Don't recognize that name. No. I said former Celtics only."
