Heat are relentless foul complainers.  As bad as C's are sometimes -- Lowry, Strus.... every call.

a heat player hits the floor on every offensive and defensive possession. this is ruining basketball and the nba needs to address it in the offseason. hockey has a diving penalty, which should be adopted and aggressively enforced by the nba.
