hate this version of the NBA where players feel compelled to drive right to the backboard with a man practically draped over them instead of a stop and pop inside the lane for an easy 2 while the defender can't stop to challenge

The Celtics had to know Miami would come out strong. Had to be ready to hit back hard.
They will never be mentally strong enough to win a title - this group just doesn't get it.

Smart the only starter without a turnover in the first quarter, with Tatum having two. Absolutely inexcusable sloppiness with the ball in a ECF closeout game.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

Butler is absolutely son'ing Tatum out there. Tatum does not look interested in playing D on Butler.
As he shouldn't, it would be a stupid matchup and a waste of Tatum's abilities as a help defender playing the lanes. I'd seriously consider maybe putting TL on him at this rate.

We've been terrible so far, and the Heat have been very good.  But still only down 7. IMO does not bode well for Miami.

Surprised that they are only down 7 considering how bad they played.  Let's go Cs and crush them in the 2nd quarter.

Hope Horford being back in can help provide some type of spark. Make Bam scared.

Butler is killing us. Coach needs to make adjustments asap and turn this tide in 2nd quarter. Hate how we couldn’t match their  fire out of gate. We knew they would come out hard vs us and still looked flat.

Early, but combined 1-7 start from Smart, GWill and White hurts.

Enough with the whininess. The Heat and Butler came out aggressive, we should've expected it. But this is a 7 point game and very, very winnable.
