D White - improve 3 pt shot     I am no shooting coach, but I think his 3pt shot is too flat, needs more arc (same w/ D Theis).  Get with a real shooting coach this summer.  If Big Al and Grant can learn this shot so can Derrick.

G Williams - continue to work on drive to the paint when defender is closing out on your 3 pt shot - what are you going to do once you get in the paint?  Is K McHale available to teach?

D Theis - same as D White - need more arc on 3 pt shot - many misses result in long caroms when coming off of the rim (same w/ D White)

P Pritchard - grow 3 inches    Seriously though, this is the tough one.  More than serviceable back up guard for a lot of regular season games against average and bad teams.  But what is the point in continuing to develop this gritty, hustling player when he is a defensive liability come later rounds of the playoffs - you wish there was a better option at that point of the season.  Imagine if we had a 6' 4'' version of Peyton - there would be not one Celtic player that teams could target.  I would be willing to sacrifice some offense for more defense in the back up guard position.

What have I missed?  Thoughts?

Offseason?
Do you know something I don't know about the next 2-3 games?

There’s going to be an off-season regardless of what happens in the next 2-3 games, right? Unless you know something that I don’t know.. :)

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say, after the next 3 games we're guaranteed to have one of Miami or Boston in the Finals  :P
